Travelers can use the Lost and found service if their baggage is delayed or they have lost any item on the airport premises. For which they’ll have to file a complaint in the Lost Property office of London Heathrow Airport, which is located at the Heathrow Express Station between Terminals 2 and 3.

The owner will have to provide a clear description of the item or bag lost, like brand, color, material, size, and any specific details that can help them find it sooner. They will get a 10-digit reference number for tracking the lost item after launching the complaint.
